2040. Europe, after years of health, economic and political crises, has become a vast federal state, more ecological, more secure, healthier. An ideal society, according to most Euro-citizens. However, the «Dream Breakers» clandestinely fight against what they consider as injunctions to Happiness and denounce the «puçage»: the subcutaneous implantation of a device measuring the individual rate of Happiness (TIB) of each citizen. They play a cruel game consisting in spoiling the Happiness of the Hyper-Happy, the citizens whose I.H.R. is superior or equal to 90 %... The race for happiness has created perversions and social cleavages that most deny, but the situation is rapidly becoming more radical. From little Sunny Talleyrand, the marginal son of the minister, to Nisou and Jeannot, nonagenarians with a strong character, to young implanted people who would do anything to get their chip out, everyone will have to find their place in this Manichean society. Which side will prevail and how far will they have to go to live according to their wishes?
